Chris Osborn is a co-founder and partner at Industria, completing over $3bn in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and restructurings during his career. As an experienced CEO, investment banker, private equity investor, and company founder, Chris serves as board chairman across multiple industrial and energy related companies including Global Proppant Supply, Aqua-Hot and Capco. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of First National Bank Colorado, and a Principal at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners in Chicago. He serves as Vice Chair of the University of Colorado Health System, and board member and/or founder of several private companies and charities.
Chris began his career at Norwest Banks and Green Manning & Bunch. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
Chris Haymons is a co-founder and partner at Industria with 25 years of experience as an investment banker and private investor. Most recently, Chris was a partner and Managing Director at St. Charles Capital and founded the Energy Services & Technologies group within the firm. He was also a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Headwaters MB. In addition, Chris serves on the board of a publicly traded oilfield service company, ENSERVCO, and is chair of the Audit Committee.
Chris started his career at Dain Bosworth and Green Manning & Bunch. He is a graduate of Colorado College.
Tim is a co-founder and partner of Industria with more than 12 years of experience providing advice and analysis to energy and industrial clients. Most recently, Tim was a Director in the Energy group at KPMG Corporate Finance. Previously, he was a Principal in the Energy Services & Technologies group at St. Charles Capital until its acquisition by KPMG in 2014. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
Tim received an MBA with honors from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder. He also attended the London School of Economics, and graduated cum laude from Kenyon College with a dual degree in Economics and Political Science.
Tyler Snover is a Vice President at Industria with extensive M&A, capital markets, and private equity experience. Prior to joining Industria, Tyler was an Associate within D.A. Davidson’s Infrastructure Investment Banking practice. Previously, he was a member of the Energy Services & Technologies group at St. Charles Capital until its acquisition by KPMG in 2014. Tyler began his career at Resource Land Holdings, a real estate focused private equity firm. Tyler is a board member / member of multiple Colorado non-profits including Denver-Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, and Social Venture Partners. He is a graduate of Colorado College.
Blair Jeralds is an Associate at Industria with over five years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Industria, Blair was an Analyst with CapitalValue Advisors, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, private capital raises, and other advisory services across a variety of industries including business services, consumer, and industrials.
Blair started his career at St. Charles Capital as a member of the Diversified Industries group until its acquisition by KPMG in 2014. He is a graduate of the University of Denver.
Julia O’Loughlin is an Analyst at Industria. She attended the University of Denver, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Mathematics with a concentration in Finance. She was a member of the University of Denver Women’s Tennis team where she received All-American honors.
Chris Jones is an Analyst at Industria. He is a graduate of Wheaton College with a B.A. in Business Economics and was captain of the Men’s Tennis team. Prior to joining Industria full time, Chris was a Summer Analyst in 2018 and previously interned at Performance Trust Capital Partners, a fixed-income analytics firm.
