Chris Osborn
Chris Osborn is a co-founder and partner at Industria, completing over $3bn in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and restructurings during his career. As an experienced CEO, investment banker, private equity investor, and company founder, Chris serves and has served as board chairman or Managing Partner across multiple industrial, real estate and energy-related companies. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of First National Bank Colorado, and a Principal at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners in Chicago. He serves as Vice-Chair of the University of Colorado Health System, as Colorado board member of NACD and board member and/or founder of several private companies and charities.
Chris began his career at Norwest Banks Structured Finance Group and Green Manning & Bunch. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Chris Haymons is a co-founder and partner at Industria and has 25 years of investment banking experience, advising energy and industrial companies on M&A, corporate finance and merchant banking transactions. Prior to co-founding Industria, he played a senior leadership role as the founder and Managing Director of the Industrial and Energy Services & Technologies group at St. Charles Capital, LLC, where he was also a Partner, until St. Charles was acquired by KPMG in 2014. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking and Industrials at Headwaters MB. In addition, Chris recently served on the board of directors of a publicly traded energy services company, and was chair of the audit committee.
Chris started his career at Dain Bosworth and Green Manning & Bunch. He is a graduate of The Colorado College.
Tim Troha
Tim Troha
Tim is a co-founder and partner of Industria with more than 20 years of experience providing advice and analysis to investors, entrepreneurs, and policy makers. Prior to forming Industria, Tim was a Director in the Energy group at KPMG Corporate Finance. Previously, he was a Principal in the Energy Services & Technologies group at St. Charles Capital until its acquisition by KPMG in 2014. He began his career in the Division of International Finance at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. Tim is a past and current Board and committee member for nonprofits including the American Lung Association of Colorado and Team Summit, a snow sports youth development organization.
Tim received an MBA with honors from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder. He also attended the London School of Economics, and graduated cum laude from Kenyon College with a dual degree in Economics and Political Science.
Julia O’Loughlin
Julia O’Loughlin
Julia O’Loughlin is a vice president at Industria with over five years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Industria in 2018, she attended the University of Denver, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Finance. At the University of Denver, she was captain of the DI Women’s Tennis team where she was a top 10 nationally ranked player and received All-American honors.
Koen Browning
Koen Browning
Koen Browning is an associate at Industria. He was previously an analyst at Stifel Financial Corp. He attended Colorado State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Computer Information Systems and Finance. A former resident of Berlin, Germany, Koen has traveled to more than 20 countries.

Ren Lubchenco is an analyst at Industria. He attended University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting. As an avid sailor, Ren travels across the country to compete in various national sailing regattas.

Seamus McFarland is an analyst at Industria. He attended Colorado College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. At Colorado College, he was a member of the DIII Men’s Lacrosse team. Seamus also attended SMU Cox School of Business where he earned his Master of Science in Finance.
