Industria Partners (“Industria”) is pleased to announce the sale of Team UIS (“UIS”) to Platte River Equity (“Platte River”). Industria Partners served as the strategic advisor to UIS on the transaction.
UIS provides electrical testing and maintenance for MV/HV distribution systems, SCADA controls integration, calibration, and related field service solutions to mission-critical markets, including utility, industrial, data center, and broader infrastructure end markets.
With its new partnership with Platte River, UIS enters its next phase of growth, focused on continued investment in its people and culture, execution of growth opportunities, and an ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional system reliability, safety, and performance to its clients.
