Industria Partners is pleased to announce the sale of High to Low Voltage (“the Company”) to ES Capital Partners. Industria Partners acted as the strategic advisor to High to Low Voltage on the transaction.
Based in Denver, Colorado, High to Low Voltage is a growing supplier and servicer of high, medium, and low voltage electrical transformer and switchgear equipment for a diverse range of clients in the commercial, industrial, and utility markets.
In addition to transformer and switchgear sales, the Company also offers short- and long-term rentals and repair, maintenance, testing, and field services nationwide.
ES Capital Partners has substantial experience investing in the industrial, power, utility, and renewable sectors.
