Industria Update – Flow Control, Automation, and Distribution Transactions

Industria Partners is pleased to announce the close of two transactions in the flow control, automation, and distribution industry in Q2 2023. Industria served as the strategic advisor to each of the businesses acquired.

• Project Vault (“Vault”) was acquired by an undisclosed private equity-backed platform.
• Mid States Supply (“Mid States”), a portfolio company of Staple Street Capital, was acquired by Ilion Capital Partners, a New York based private equity firm.

Vault is a value-added distributor of valves and related products for municipal water and wastewater markets. The company operates across the Western United States.

Mid States provides modification, fabrication, and automation services for industrial valves. Mid States’ services are ISO-9001 and API-Q1 certified and include specialty welding, custom fabrication, automation, and hydrotesting. This specialization allows Mid States to provide customers with complete valve solutions that are complemented by pipe, fittings, and other distributed products.
