Industria Partners LLC is pleased to announce the sale of R&A Trucking Company (“R&A”) to RoadOne IntermodaLogistics, a national intermodal, transload, and logistics company with financial backing from their equity partner at Nonantum Capital Partners. Industria Partners acted as the strategic advisor to R&A for the transaction.

Founded in 1972 and based in Oakland, California, R&A Trucking is an integrated logistics company providing trucking, drayage, brokerage, and transloading with 370,000 sqft of warehouse space. R&A is a specialized operation handling a significant portion of the aluminum coils and rolled stock inventory that feeds the automotive industry in the Western United States.
