  • BlackRock-Temasek Venture raised $1.4 billion in funding to support emissions-reducing technologies. The fund, Decarbonization Partners I was oversubscribed by more than $400 million. – WSJ
  • GEF Capital Partners closed GEF US Climate Solutions Fund II LP with $325 million of capital commitments, exceeding the fund’s original $250 million target. The firm invests in lower middle-market companies in clean energy, energy efficiency, waste, water and resource efficiency sectors. – PE Professional
